Details

One to one coaching sessions are offered at a casual rate or in a pack of '5 sessions in 5 weeks' rate.

Each session is 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged. Please discuss this at the time of booking.

Weekly coaching session times can be flexible. Where possible, all session times will be agreed on at the time of purchase.

The discounted rate for '5 sessions in 5 weeks' is offered when 5 sessions are booked and paid for in full, in advance, in one transaction. The 5 sessions must be attended within 5 consecutive weeks of attending the first session.

Workshop and course times vary and will be as agreed prior to commencement.

Terms and conditions

One to One Coaching

All changes to one-to-one coaching times by the client must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time or the session is forfeit.

A casual lesson may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice.

Once a session that this is part of the '5 sessions in 5 weeks' offer has been confirmed, it may be rescheduled once within in its allotted week, with 48 hours, notice subject to availability. When alternate session times are offered, an accepted alternate session time must be confirmed by the client at least 24 hours prior to the original session time. All will be done to find an alternative time, however, if there are no times available and/or the session is missed the fee for that session is forfeit.

Workshops and Courses

All changes to workshop and course times by the client must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled time or the fees are forfeit.

All Find Your Voice Services

All engagements must be paid for in advance via Bank Transfer,  Paypal, Cash or Debit/Credit Card.

Fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the time will be released to other clients unless otherwise authorized.

All fees are to be paid for in advance in a single transaction.

All fees are non-refundable.

Sickness Policy

Please refrain from coming to sessions in person if you are having symptoms of illness (e.g. cold, flu, sore throat, sneezing, coughing, infection). Sessions can be rescheduled as per above or taken via Zoom, Phone or Skype. The right is reserved to cancel lessons on the spot if the client is sick and is possibly contagious.
