TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

All engagements must be paid for in advance through our online booking page, invoiced Bank Transfer, or over the phone with Debit/Credit Card. All fees are non transferable and non-refundable.

1-to-1 COACHING

One to one coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged at time of booking. All changes to one-to-one coaching times by the client must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time or the session is forfeit. A session may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Once a session that is part of a program package has been confirmed, it may be rescheduled once within its allotted week, with 48 hours, notice subject to availability.

Essential Communications sessions must be attended within five consecutive weeks of attending the first session or remaining sessions are forfeit. Executive Coaching seven sessions must be attended within three months of the first session or remaining sessions are forfeit. Power session follow up call must be conducted within a week of coaching session or the session is forfeit.

WORKSHOPS & COURSES

All changes to workshop and course times by the client must be made at least seven days prior to the scheduled time or the fees are forfeit.

SICKNESS POLICY

Please refrain from coming to sessions in person if you are having symptoms of illness (e.g. cold, flu, sore throat, sneezing, coughing, infection). Sessions can be rescheduled as per above or taken via online video or home call. The right is reserved to cancel lessons on the spot if the client is sick and is possibly contagious.
